濟南裝載機配件談鉸接銷損壞怎么辦？

由于作業(yè)時裝載機上下兩鉸接銷要承受很大的徑向沖擊載荷,其裝配軸承的配合間隙很容易變大、極易磨損毀壞，若按常規(guī)維修思路修復裝載機，則修理難度大、費用高，并且影響機架的整體性能，為保證機架可靠的工作要求，濟南裝載機配件建議采用下列修復方法。
1、加工一根800mm長的定位芯軸，外徑尺寸與鉸接銷的外徑一致，直線度不大于0.1mm；

2、加工4個外徑Φ200mm、內(nèi)徑與前小型裝載機機架1母孔的理論尺寸一致、厚度15mm的同心圓盤，材料用40Cr，直行滲碳處理后硬度達HRC60；

3、從市場上購置(或按要求加工)兩根加長的鉸接銷，其長度約280mm；

4、更換后機架2母孔的中間襯套；將定位芯軸1、同心圓盤2及前、后機架按圖2所示位置裝配，將4個圓盤分別焊在前機架板體5上，去掉定位芯軸，將同心圓盤體與前機架板體焊牢。

5、將加長的鉸接銷按圖1所示位置安裝即可。
